Platform Nature

Goonru is a tool and aggregation platform. It does not produce, create, film, photograph, or otherwise generate any sexually explicit content. Goonru does not host, store, or serve third-party media content on its own servers.

All media content accessible through Goonru is hosted exclusively on third-party platforms and imageboards (such as external booru sites and content platforms). Goonru functions solely as a browsing and discovery tool that allows users to search and view content hosted elsewhere.

Third-Party Content

Any sexually explicit content that may be accessible through Goonru's browsing tools is hosted on third-party platforms that are independently responsible for their own 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance. Goonru has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content hosted on those external platforms.

Users who access third-party content through Goonru do so subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.

User-Generated Content

Goonru's marketplace allows users to upload haptic scripts (text-based timing files) and profile images. Goonru does not permit users to upload sexually explicit video or photographic content to its servers. Any such content uploaded in violation of our Terms of Service will be removed.

Haptic scripts are data files containing timing and intensity information for interactive devices. They do not constitute sexually explicit depictions of persons and are not subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.

Age Verification

Goonru requires all users to confirm they are 18 years of age or older before accessing the platform. This age gate is enforced at the application level. Goonru does not permit minors to register for or use the platform.
