Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Goonru ("Service", "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

2. Nature of the Platform — We Are a Tool, Not a Content Host

Goonru is a SaaS tool platform. We do not host, store, upload, produce, or serve third-party adult content. The platform provides tools that allow users to browse, organize, and interact with content that is hosted and served entirely by third-party websites and services external to Goonru.

This means:

• All media content is fetched directly from third-party sources at the user's request
• We do not store, cache, or re-serve any third-party media on our servers
• We are not the publisher or speaker of any third-party content accessed through the platform
• Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to access via the platform
• Our role is analogous to a browser or tool (like Notion or Trello) — we provide the interface, not the content

If you have a complaint about content on a third-party site, you must contact that site directly. We have no ability to remove content from external platforms.

3. Age Requirement and Adult Content

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited
• You will not allow minors to access your account or the Service

We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

4. User Accounts

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

One Account: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or subscription limits.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Contact support@goonru.app for refund inquiries.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Marketplace and User-Uploaded Content

The Goonru marketplace allows users to upload and sell scripts and related content. For any content you upload to our marketplace:

• You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content on the Service
• You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload
• You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You represent that all persons depicted in any content are adults (18+)
• You are solely responsible for the legality of content you upload
• You will not remove, alter, or obscure watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution marks from content without the rights holder's authorization
• Creators are fully responsible for any character, companion, story, or content they create or generate using Goonru's tools, in the same way they are responsible for content they upload — using an AI tool to produce content does not shift responsibility for that content away from the creator who directed it

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion.

7. AI-Generated Commission Work

We are not anti-AI — we are pro-honesty. Creators who use AI tools to produce commissioned work (art, voice, editing, or any other Commissions storefront offering) are welcome on Goonru, provided they disclose it.

• Creators must accurately mark their storefront as AI-generated when it is
• By default, the Commissions browse page shows only creators who have not disclosed AI use — AI-disclosed storefronts appear only when a client explicitly enables the "AI Generated" filter
• This is a discovery setting, not a penalty: disclosed AI storefronts keep full access to checkout, escrow protection, and direct commission links regardless of the filter
• Misrepresenting AI-generated work as hand-made, traditional, or performed by a human artist is fraud against the client and a Terms of Service violation, handled under the same trust-level and risk enforcement as any other order fraud

The goal is fairness in both directions: AI creators keep their audience and their storefront, and clients who specifically want traditional, hand-made work can trust that the default Commissions browse reflects that.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access, distribute, promote, or create any content that sexualizes: (a) any person under 18, or any character who is, appears to be, is marketed as, or has the physical characteristics of a minor — regardless of that character's stated fictional age or species; or (b) any animal.
• Upload, request, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real individuals
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Circumvent any access controls, age verification, or subscription restrictions

We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance, remove content, and suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of this section. Content involving minors in a sexual context will be removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.

Titles, tags, and descriptions are automatically screened before publication. Content flagged as potentially violating this policy may be held for manual review before it becomes visible to other users, and may be removed at any time at our sole discretion.

9. Advertising

We may display advertisements on the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We work with third-party ad networks and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Advertising revenue is what keeps Goonru free to use. You agree not to use ad blockers, script blockers, or any other tool or technique designed to prevent, hide, or interfere with the display of advertisements on the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Goonru platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

11. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. For information about our DMCA policy and how to submit a takedown notice regarding content uploaded to our marketplace, see our DMCA Policy.

Note: We cannot process takedown requests for content hosted on third-party platforms. For external content, contact the hosting platform directly.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goonru, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any content you submit or upload, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may permanently delete your own account at any time from your account settings. This is a self-service action and, once completed, cannot be undone.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
